Ah, Cardio. One of the most reviled forms of working out, but one of my favorite. There is much confusion and mystery surrounding cardio. What is "cardio"? Well, the word refers to cardio your cardiovascular system, so really anything that gets rate heart and breathing heavy you may be considered a cardio workout. But what does "better cardio? Well, it depends on who you are and your personal goals. There are many forms of cardio so I will explain a few of them here. One format the most common cardio is starting to get a bad blow, calling "The slow-in-a hamster-wheel" cardio. This includes things such as walking or running or sitting in a write cycle for countless minutes or hours. I would agree, some of that stuff is boring. But this does not negate it as a valid form of cardio and good for many people. If other forms of cardio are very hard for very overweight, or out of shape or elderly, this type of cardio can be the only option until they can improve their fitness levels to support more difficult to form cardio (listed below). Another type of cardio is referred to as Interval Training. This can be done with many types of exercise including running, cycling, biking, rowing, swimming or walking.
This type of cardio will soon include a period of time after going slow for a period of time. For example, you could sprint for 30 seconds and then walk quickly for 60 seconds. This is a way to burn more calories in a very short period of time. Another order to include in your cardio intervals may be involved more in the hills to run your patience , or ride a bike. Hills offer natural 'most difficult stage, while the flat areas and downhills phase give' the Another active '. However, another type of cardio is to include the intensity in your weight routines such as putting two or three exercises together in what is called a "SuperSet, they work a muscle group, then another (and perhaps a otherwise) without rest in between sets. A group of muscles lies while the other works the muscle group, but generally does not stop moving completely from one group to another. But while all your sets are made to this SuperSet, you will definitely feel a Nail your cardiovascular system. Finally, incorporating a cardio routine weights can be done by making "full complex body "moves instead of moving insulation. These include exercises such as Squat presses (one meeting and a dumbbell shoulder press done at the same time).
When you are doing these types of exercises, because your body is full worked very hard to make the move that many muscle groups at the same time, it must be heart rate up substantially. Make it even more by putting your favorite two full motion SuperSet a complex organ. This will make you sweat! So, next time its time for your cardio workout, try any of these, as a way to change things and keep your cardio interesting.
