Pilates Mat Bag
The back of my knee kind of pops and kind of hurts during certain exercises. Anything to do to stop this ?
It happens during mat pilates and other exercise classes, particularly where I have to kick my leg out behind me. Is this something that will go away or are there exercises to strengthen/limber this area ? Or (gulp) is this something that could get worse ? These exercises kick butt on ...well, my butt and my saddle bags, so I don't really want to stop doing them...
Number one I'd probably get it checked. So that if you do have an injury it can be treated and make it feel better so you can keep on doing your "kick butt" exercises. Here's a good link I found. Check out the section on sprains in the middle of the article. Hopefully this helps.
