As you can imagine that we are pummeled with marketing and advertising for the "latest", "most innovative" and "new generation equipment for youth fitness.
What a strange thing that looks like "Mini-Me" version of the same crap, dangerous machines that parents and adults are unfit and unhealthy in their "health clubs" Fixed position, uni-flat, one movement "fitness" device, which almost always creates damage in people who use them.
Yes! Building muscle will help you lose fat! Yes! He performs regularly resistance training will help build muscle! Yes! These machines were "engineered" to get (isolated) muscle output! (Or maybe the use of Guantánamo?) But a strange thing has happened to American adults, even those who use these devices to "adapt!"
They have become so dependent on them that they are no longer able to perform strength building exercises without the artificial "intelligence" provided by these instruments! So when the time comes to apply their newly developed "Force" it or get injured or are aware that are not as "strong" as the numbers on their machines performance would indicate!
Add to this the fact that more in the back, shoulders, knees, ankles and hip injuries caused by the use of torture of these machines during the year than in the NFL in 10 years, and it makes me wonder. I wonder why we would like to push our children to feed on the first junkyard place!
We know that "free-form" functional exercises that mimic real movements and sports do not only contribute to improve the flow structure (damage resistance bands), you burn more calories and build more muscle! It's true functional integrated training influences the development of a much more muscular than the individual, the machinery of training positions.
